Terms & Conditions for Service List


Scope of Services

AGC provides lifestyle support services, including Grocery Pick‑Up, Doctor Visit Transportation, Transportation Add‑On Services, and Notary Services. Services are delivered based on availability, safety considerations, and the information provided by the client at the time of booking.

Scheduling & Availability

  • Services must be scheduled in advance. Same‑day requests may be accepted, when possible, but are not guaranteed.

  • Appointment times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

  • Clients will be notified promptly of any schedule adjustments.

Transportation Policies

  • AGC provides non‑emergency transportation only.

  • Clients must be able to enter and exit the vehicle independently unless otherwise arranged.

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

  • Additional stops must be requested in advance and may result in added fees.

Grocery Pick‑Up & Errand Services

  • Clients are responsible for submitting accurate shopping lists or order confirmations.

  • AGC is not responsible for store substitutions, out‑of‑stock items, or pricing changes.

  • Mileage fees may apply outside the standard service area.

Notary Services

  • Valid, unexpired government‑issued identification is required.

  • AGC cannot notarize incomplete documents or provide legal advice.

  • Mobile notary services may include additional travel fees.

Fees, Payments & Deposits

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Deposits may be required for extended or specialty services.

  • Returned payments or chargebacks may result in service suspension until resolved.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated last‑minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

Safety & Conduct

  • AGC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions arise, including aggressive behavior, unsanitary environments, or illegal activity.

  • Clients must disclose any mobility limitations, medical needs, or special accommodations before service.

Liability & Limitations

  • AGC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items during service.

  • AGC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third‑party vendors.

  • Transportation services are non‑medical and do not replace emergency care.

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for service coordination.

  • AGC does not share personal information without consent unless required by law.

Photo/Video Policy

  • AGC may document services for quality assurance only.

  • No images are used for marketing without written consent.

Amendments

AGC may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
